Soccer fans of Leeds, the club where Gary Speed won the title in 1992, gathered at Elland Road to pay their respects to one of their heroes. Manchester United striker Michael Owen, who had attended the same school as Speed in Flintshire, said the 42-year-old football manager was a rare player who was respected by all supporters. Cheshire Police said the inquest into Gary Speed's death will be opened at Warrington Coroner's Court tomorrow at 3pm.
