Occupy Oakland protesters moved Thursday to reclaim the battleground plaza outside City Hall, pitching more than a dozen tents and canopies just two days after police dismantled an elaborate encampment over sanitary and security concerns.
During a vote taken yesterday, October 26, 96.9% of voters at the Occupy Oakland General Assembly agreed to launch the strike.
