The reality star stopped for lunch at Il Pastaio then headed to Barneys New York and Saks Fifth Avenue for some shopping with a friend in Los Angeles. Kim Kardashian, who visited a doctor for a check up earlier in the day, showed off her growing baby bump in a tight leather skirt, a white shirt and black high heels.
